Gerry is an HCPC Registered Psychologist with a breadth of experience in all aspects of assessment and development. As a specialist psychometrician, Gerry has been involved in all aspects of assessment design and development and has led on a number of large scale, global assessment programmes for major companies. As well as his role as Partner for TPS, Gerry holds a senior position within the British Psychological Society and undertakes research in an academic capacity.
Dr Helen Watts
Helen is an HCPC Registered Psychologist (Occupational) and has worked with TPS for a number of years on various assessment, development, training and talent management projects. In particular, Helen has developed assessment materials and has worked as an assessor using a range of behavioural and psychometric assessments. Helen also works in academia, and holds a PhD in Consumer Psychology. Helen is a keen researcher and analyst who has delivered a range of Knowledge Exchange and contract research projects for local and national organisations.
Diane is an HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist with vast experience in occupational assessment, design of employee development initiatives, management coaching and change management programmes across a wide range of private and public sector organisations.
Di is a highly experienced assessor and trainer for assessment and management skills. She has a proven track record in client account management, business development, project management and internal consultancy as well as being an experienced supervisor of chartered occupational psychologists.
Jane is a qualified executive coach with experience spanning the NHS, local and national government, professional, financial and retail sectors. She has worked with senior leaders and managers from Associate Director to Board level to optimise their leadership and influencing capability, performance and potential. Jane has a specialist background in linguistics and communication, and post graduate qualifications in training and the psychology of change, as well as senior management experience with a major international training organisation. Jane is qualified as a coach to EMCC Level 7 (Advanced Practitioner), delivers coaching skills training programmes for managers and ILM accredited level 3 – 5 coaching qualification programmes. She is an NLP master practitioner and trainer and a qualified coach supervisor. She has also been accepted onto the NHS London internal register for leadership coaches for Board members and Directors.
Kevin is an HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist who divides his time equally between private and public sector organisations, including Civil Service, Automotive, Healthcare, and media organisations. He has extensive experience in a wide range of global assessment and development contexts and is particularly valued for his ability to build positive relationships with clients in one-to-one settings. Kevin is much sought after by media organisations who value his skills in helping people to handle the pressures that public figures can face.
